  • New construction of eight, 4-story student apartment facilities, designed with an average of 16 apartment units per building

  • Addition of a 6-story masonry elevator tower to the exterior of an existing building, and major interior renovations to an existing mezzanine floor level

PARRON HALL

  • 3,800 square foot, 1-story building addition with a partial basement to house mechanical equipment

BENEDUM AUDITORIUM

  • Review of existing roof structure and design of new support system for suspended acoustic system

THOMAS BOULEVARD COMPLEX

  • Major renovations to a 5-story, 103,000 square foot existing cast-in-place concrete complex and addition of a 12,000 square foot high bay structure

BRUCE HALL CONVENIENCE STORE

  • Renovation of the former 7 Eleven tenant space to accommodate a new campus convenience store

Numerous structural evaluations and investigations of existing facilities including Posvar Hall, Thackery Hall, Petersen Events Center, Clapp Hall, Parran Hall, Crabtree Hall, Trees Hall, The Cost Center, and the Cathedral of Learning
