Gateway Rehabilitation Youth Center

New construction of a 24,000 square foot, three-story, youth rehabilitation center, located just outside of Pittsburgh. Engineered wood construction was utilized for the building’s primary structure, with selected use of structural steel to accommodate a large, open space. Structural features included non-symmetrical curved wall elements and a slender drop-off canopy.
